  • Conduct all administration and testing to recognised standards

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures are followed
  • Provide technical advice (once trained) to customers regarding Structural test enquiries for their products
  • Support the Sales Co-ordinator with technical input
  • Ensure prompt and accurate booking in of received samples
  • Resolve invoice disputes
  • Generate Structural Test contracts
  • Update customers with testing progress
  • Generate and upload invoices for completed testing
  • Assist the Section Head in planning and scheduling work
  • Be prepared to assist in any test area 

Skills / Qualifications

  • Customer focused with a good telephone manner
  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office and the ability to adapt to bespoke systems 
  • Literate and numerate with particular attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational skills, time management, self-discipline and flexibility
  • A strong team player who takes pride in the job and displays a willingness to cooperate with others
