Element has an opportunity for an Administrator to join our growing team at Warringtonfire, Birchwood Park. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business. Making Tomorrow Safer Than Today 



  • Providing clients with updates to progression of work, via email or telephone, ensuring that rules and regulations are being followed  
  • Gain certification knowledge
  • Learning our operational systems
  • Processing applications, purchase orders and acceptance of costs
  • Producing quotations
  • Tracking audits and liaising with clients to gather information where necessary
  • Monitoring audit test schedules to ensure compliance
  • Issuing certificates and entering information onto the certificate database
  • Invoicing jobs
  • Ordering and processing labels for customers
  • Managing assigned client contacts
  • And any other tasks assigned

Skills / Qualifications

  • Attention to detail essential
  • Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to use a full suite of MS Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS and bespoke CRM systems
  • Good standard of education, if you have recently Graduated, this could be an ideal starting position for your career
  • Ability to get to our Birchwood site
