Element has an opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, responsible for recovering, managing and consolidating all the information necessary for the initiation of projects in the laboratories (contract review), either with customers or the various internal stakeholders in order to build the project correctly. This person will also be responsible to perform invoicing, quotes and have daily customer interaction.
