Element has an opportunity for a Head of Marketing, Life Science that will lead the development and execution of marketing strategy for the Life Science business in EMEAA. The marketer will leverage best practice to increase overall brand awareness, generate leads and provide monthly assessments and recommendations that will positively affect business results. You will work together with a highly engaged cross-functional team where development and continuous improvement is high on the agenda. As our Marketing Manager you will be a key player in making our growth strategy happen.
Develop and deliver marketing strategy and corresponding KPI metrics annually which are aligned with key sales objectives (with support from the Marketing Director & Sales Director)
Create and deliver omni-channel marketing campaigns that will extend Element’s reach in end markets, increase lead generation and improve brand awareness
Budget management of key marketing initiatives to maximise ROI for the business unit
Develop uniform messaging and value propositions for target customers to optimize brand awareness
Monitor and report against campaign progress
Collaborate with experts to produce content (articles, thought leadership, case studies, videos, brochures etc) to increase customer engagement across all channels, especially digital
Maintain and develop website with added value content to maximize lead generation
Drive traffic to ensure content conversion by leveraging search, social media, publications, landing pages, advertising, events, etc
Develop ABM campaigns to develop opportunities within strategic key clients
Deliver content in accordance with brand style guidelines and appropriate editorial governance so content is consistent with our Element brand voice, style and tone
Develop and execute virtual and live marketing events programme
