Reporting to the Group Director, Corporate Affairs and ESG, the Corporate Affairs Manager, Digital Transformation will partner with the Digital & Technology Group (DTG) to lead the development and execution of its global communications and change strategy, both internally and externally.
DTG, a global function within Element, has embarked on an exciting period of radical transformation. Serving as a partner to the Business Units, the role of DTG is to help understand digital opportunities, develop and grow solutions and markets, and facilitate connections between employees to better share knowledge and innovation. DTG also provides IT services and support across Element.
This role will be responsible for planning, creating, & delivering the Group’s communications, strategy and change projects to its various stakeholders. It will deliver creative, compelling and consistent communications that engage stakeholders with DTG’s key strategic priorities and its transformation plans and benefits. A key part of this role will be to coach and train leaders and teams across the Group to communicate more effectively with their own internal and external stakeholders. The role will also lead the development of external communications, including industry thought leadership that helps both retain and attract talent to the business.
This role will sit on the global DTG Leadership Team. It will work closely with members of the Operating Board, alongside close partnerships with Business Units and other Functions across Element. It will also support work across the Corporate Affairs team. It is based in the United Kingdom, with regular/weekly access required to the London Element office (Covent Garden).
