• Liaising with clients to determine their testing requirements and project managing to achieve timelines and deliverables throughout the lifecycle
• Designing test specimens, testing apparatus, understanding and overseeing construction and instrumentation as well as drafting or amending CAD drawings
• Preparing and conducting fire testing, of various scales, as isolated projects or as part of larger regimes
• Adhering to internal QA procedures while generating accurate, clear and concise test reports
• Maintain timely and correct data for internal software management packages on all aspects of project delivery

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Structural, Civil or other related engineering discipline
• Practical experience in a laboratory setting with exposure to Australian or International Standards
• Exposure or qualifications in the construction sector
• Client facing experience
