Overview

Warringtonfire is looking for a Business Development Associate to join their expanding sales team in Australia. This position presents an exciting chance for individuals with sales and account management skills to work alongside a team of specialists throughout Australia. The role also involves gaining knowledge about the Australian Building Code and Standards, with the added incentive of earning "on-target payments" every quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and proactively maintain a solid professional relationship with key decision-makers and influential figures within assigned accounts
  • Identify opportunities early in the sales cycle to secure the maximum share of the market
  • Manage relationships and utilise technical support to assist in the sales process
  • Actively utilise CRM to document all activities
  • achieve sales goals by converting and expanding accounts
  • Build and maintain a working knowledge of Warringtonfire'srange of services

Skills / Qualifications

  • Results-driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ideally, three years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Support, or Account Management or an enthusiastic recent graduate
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect
