Element has an opportunity for a Scheduling Manager to join our growing team based in Warrington. This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector.

As our Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate scheduling of test activites for the site. Proactively working with our laboratory specialists and suppliers to mitigate any potential shortages or downtime.

• Schedule test activities in order to best utilise laboratory availability and optimise revenue streams
• Smooth test activity to achieve budgeted run rates and pro-actively contribute to the planning cycle
• Proactively work with laboratory personnel and suppliers to mitigate any potential material shortages & downtime
• Monitor and record progress throughout the month and feed any learning back into the process
• Actively provide insights into constraints that need to be accounted for in the plan

• Experience in planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of planning tools
• Strong understanding of materials resource planning, methodologies, critical path and resource allocation principles
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns
• Effective communication skills to liaise with testing teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Track record of successfully delivering to schedule and budget
