Overview

BM Trada part of Element, are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator for our Certification department based in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work across all of the services we provide and promote collaborative working between departments. The role will provide operational support with administrative and customer service related tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generation of ID Cards
  • Processing scheme applications 
  • Liaising with the Sales team for matters relating to new applications and training
  • Filing key scheme documents to enable work task progression
  • Processing orders
  • Creating and submitting invoices for consumables 
  • Work task allocation
  • Answering Customer Telephone enquiries
  • Issuing certificates to Clients
  • Ad Hoc tasks 

Skills / Qualifications

  • Administration and organisational competence working to a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy with the ability to engage with internal and external customers at all levels
  • Self-management – scheduled tasks to be carried out to planned timescales with the ability to manage ad hoc projects
  • IT Skills – proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook. With the ability to learn bespoke CRM systems 
  • This role would be suited to an experienced Administrator or Business Coordinator
  • Own transport is advisable due to the location near the Hughenden Valley 
  • Hybrid working on offer of 3 days in the office, with 2 days working from home
  • Working 36 hours per week
