Element has an opportunity for an Office Team Leader to join our BM Trada business on an initial, fixed term contract of 1 year based in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector. Responsibilities

  • Providing day to day management of the team
  • To be instrumental in the achievement of efficiency targets within the UK client base
  • Ensure that audits are delivered against planned dates and accreditation 
  • Maintaining accuracy of data in the client database
  • Liaising with BM Trada Client Managers and making sure they have full administrative support 
  • Provide reports to assist the Operations team 
  • Ensuring info in the client database is accurate for the annual invoice run and that all clients are invoiced 
  • Work with the Audit Resources and Technical & Approvals teams in the delivery of client audit programmes 
  • Review operational procedures against current working practices. To revise as necessary ensuring their robustness and to maximise opportunities for efficiencies, whilst ensuring that they meet accreditation requirements
  • To review all applications for withdrawal of certification with a view to retaining the client
  • Deal with all customer issues and possible complaints 
  • Support the UK Operations team in the management of the credit control processes

Skills / Qualifications

  • Competent in using MS Office (TEAMS, Outlook, Excel) and CRM software 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Able to provide top customer service skills with diplomacy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Supervise and direct others, ensuring they have the correct skills and training 
  • Candidates applying may have a background as a Business Manager, Project Manager, Office Manager - we would be keen to see candidates from an office background with good administrative, management or team leading experience
