Overview

BM TRADA part of Element, has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Coordinator to join our growing Management Systems team. BM TRADA exists to help make certain that the materials, products and processes that we test, inspect and certify for our customers are always safe, of the highest quality and fit for purpose. 

 

You will be responsible for liasing with our team of auditors and providing support. This role will be based on site at our High Wycombe site. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Reporting on status of all auditor applications as required, identifying improvements 
  • Actively identify potential candidates through Network Search
  • Attendance at relevant events and functions, auditor update days and auditor training
  • Document review and auditor interview (Face to Face / Teams)
  • Induction / Auditor Briefings / Auditor Information:
    • New Supplier Set-Up
    • Support & consult with trainee auditors through to sign off – being first point of contact for clients and support them with queries and audit bookings, preparing, planning and monitoring Witness Audit Programme to requirements
    • Identifying opportunities for Witness Auditor Updates
  • Be active in Technical Groups for auditor training updates
  • Work alongside our business development team for competency identification needs for any new or potential schemes
  • Review auditor allocations, auditor trends and themes to identify business improvements

Skills / Qualifications

  • Awareness of Supply Chain Schemes
  • Competent in using MS Office products (TEAMS, Word, Outlook, Excel) 
  • Excellent customer service 
  • Self-starter with good organisational skills 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Confident when dealing with people at all levels
  • Ability to inspire enthusiasm, commitment to being a “customer champion” and working with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
