As our Product Manager you will create our product roadmap and define the strategic vision for your team driven by the overall vision. You have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. You ensure the business’ ability to deliver the right solution to the market by managing the four key aspects of a product: Value, Usability, Feasibility, and Business Viability by engaging designers, engineers and experts needed. A Product Manager manages dependencies with other team’s while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships. You work closely within your team to ensure business value and how user feedback is translated into new experiences/features or improving existing ones. You will be accountable to deliver outcomes and tracking specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on.

Responsibilities

  • You will set an ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the business
  • You will work closely with our Director of Product to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements for each sprint is essential to you
  • You are accountable for outcomes and tracking product specific KPIs throughout product lifecycle and communicate regular tracking to leadership and stakeholders
  • You will utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.
  • Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the teamYou will facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as demos

Skills / Qualifications

  • You have experience working with customers to discover their jobs-to-be-done and pain points
  • You are a strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
  • You have experience with B2B and/or digital products
    You love facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)
  • You have deep experience leading teams in an agile setting, having worked with engineering or cross- functional digital teams
