Overview

Element has an excellent opportunity for a Project Scheduler / Trainee Scheduler (Maternity Cover) in our busy laboratories based in Deeside.  We are looking for a bright individual to join our team of project schedulers.

The main objective of the project scheduler’s role is to input the client’s analysis request correctly and to work with the client on any issues or queries that arise during the scheduling and analysis of the samples. To do this you will need to liaise with our worldwide client base and internal colleagues in our sales team and Cape town laboratory. You will need to gain an understanding of all the analysis performed at our Deeside laboratory and be able to communicate client requirements to the laboratory.

As with all our roles in the laboratory you would be expected to help wherever is required. Full training will be provided.

 

Element Deeside is the largest analytical chemistry laboratory within the Element Group and the market leading UK laboratory undertaking the testing of soils, waters, wastes, oils, NAPLs, ambient air, soil vapours and gases from all over the world.  The laboratory undertakes high volume routine analysis as well as offering bespoke method development, technical support and hydrocarbon forensic interpretations to enhance the support we can deliver.  The laboratory has an international reputation for service excellence and supports clients that require a higher level of technical expertise, reliability in data quality and seamless project management from sample collection to timely delivery of data in the format of choice.
