Overview

Element has an exciting opportunity for a new Head of Marketing to join our growing Connected Technologies business in EMEAA, to lead the development and execution of marketing strategy. The marketing leader will leverage best practice to drive growth by increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation and measuring effectiveness.

 

You will work together with a highly engaged cross-functional team where development and continuous improvement is high on the agenda. You will be a key player in making our growth strategy happen.

  

Responsibilities

  • Development and delivery of the business unit marketing strategy and corresponding KPI metrics annually, aligned with key objectives
  • Creation and delivery of omni-channel marketing campaigns that will extend Element’s reach in targeted end markets, increase lead generation and improve brand awareness
  • Management and development of the business unit marketing team with a focus on implementation of best practices and continuous improvement
  • Budget management of key marketing initiatives to maximise ROI for the business unit
  • Development of uniform messaging and value propositions for target customers to optimize brand awareness
  • Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators and metrics to optimise channel and team effectiveness
  • Engagement with wide range of key stakeholders to ensure confidence in end goals and cohesive delivery of strategy across the business unit
  • Collaboration with experts to deliver value added content which increases customer engagement across the customer journey
  • Driving traffic to ensure content conversion by leveraging search, social media, publications, landing pages, advertising, events, etc.
  • Development of ABM campaigns to develop opportunities within strategic key clients

Skills / Qualifications

  • Significant marketing, inbound lead generation experience
  • Understanding of digital disciplines (digital creative, platforms and operations, digital media, social media and measurement)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent in experience
  • Team management experience
  • A customer-centric, results-driven mindset
  • Problem solver with a proactive attitude to thrive in an evolving marketing team
