Overview

Element has an opportunity for a new D365 Procure to Pay Implementation Lead, EMEAA, to join our growing team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will form part of the implementation and support team delivering D365, working closely with the Global implementation team and local teams; Operations and Global Business Services within this work stream.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be the expert in the required subject matter workstream – i.e. Procure to pay – crossing over operational processes - purchase requisitions, expenses and shared service centre Accounts payable processes
  • Lead system integrations, in collaboration with P2P business owner; documenting processes and disseminating key milestones to all relevant stakeholders
  • Drive the processes of data cleansing, migration, and validation of the required P2P workstream, from Vendor data, open purchase orders, Open AP invoices and Cash Applications
  • Collaborating with Global Process Lead, Operational teams, and Shared Service Centre teams to ensure integrations and migrations into
  • D365F&O with the knowledge of the global processes designed for the workstream specific
  • Drive Change Management between current and future processes
  • Deliver training materials and provide end user training – travel to Operational Facilities will be required
  • Provide expert advice to the business in best use of Dynamics 365F&O functionality
  • Investigate problems with Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O modules, diagnose and perform root causes and resolve issues
  • Provide end-user application support on-demand including troubleshooting and resolution; make decisions that best resolve product related issues and appropriately escalate issues that require IT and/or business management involvement

Skills / Qualifications

  • Significant experience in the SME workstream – Procure to pay/Expenses Processes
  • Significant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O, Office Suite, Azure Dev Ops
  • Advanced critical thinking ability, including strong problem solving, analytical, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Capability to interpret business requirements and processes and translate them to system functionality
