BM TRADA is looking for an experienced administrator to fulfill the role of a Training and Certification Development Coordinator. This exciting opportunity that can be Remote / Work From Home sits within our training and development department, which delivers a programme of specialist passive fire training to our customers. • Preparing clients for training, making sure documentation is received and chasing agreed payments within specific timescales
• Liasing with key stakeholders ensuring training commitments have been met including updating the CRM system 
• Inputting and managing relevant opportunities generated from marketing campaigns and events
• Supporting our Live and Online training events
• Preparation of quotations 
• Answering queries and resolving any questions clients may have
• Coordination of training including preparation of training material and supporting exams
• Representation of the company at exhibitions and events (where required)

• Good Mathematics and written English 
• Excellent, assertive and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Good customer care skills
• Strong analytical & organisational skills
• Good IT Skills (MS Office and working with databases)
• Ideally experienced from a training or administration background
• Ability work to work remotely from home but be available for organised events
