Element has an opportunity for a Procurement Analyst to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Procurement career within a Global TIC business.

This role is based in Jalan Boon Lay, Singapore.

• Work with local Operations to prepare timely and accurate POs and raise GRNIs timely
• Follow up with the vendor for timely delivery and documentation
• Vendor development and negotiatie prices and terms with suppliers and manufacturers
• Co-ordinate with SSC and provide invoices, statements timely
• Review open Pos and take appropriate action
• Complying Group policies and DOA
• Handle vendor's communications on payment
• Process documentation for P2P

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• The ability to form strong working relationships with colleagues and clients is essential, as you will be working actively in a team
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and effective management of time
• Good numeracy and analytical skills
