Overview

Element has an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our growing support services team in High Wycombe. This is a great role to start or develop your career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business.

 

Element High Wycombe is part of the Fire Safety Services Testing team within the Element Group. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Administration duties including formatting, scanning, filing and emailing documents to clients
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices and credit notes
  • Coordination support to help manage the site facilities
  • Ordering various consumables
  • Manning the Reception desk

Skills / Qualifications

  • Come from a similar role working within administration or have a business or admin qualification (ideally)
  • Experience using MS Office products and database systems
  • Strong coordination, organisation and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Highly motivated and dedicated self-starter who can work well within a busy team
