As a key member of our operations team, you'll have the chance to perform both routine and exciting non-routine testing assignments, ensuring timely and accurate results. While working under direct supervision, you'll gain hands-on experience and contribute to high-impact projects that support a variety of industries.

At our Element Warwick Vibration and Climatic Testing Center of Excellence, you’ll play a vital role in testing cutting-edge products for leading customers in aerospace, transportation, space, energy, and defense. You’ll have the chance to engage with a diverse range of testing challenges, all while working closely with our customers to deliver exceptional results. • Prepares material specimens for testing
• Performs tests as directed by customer specifications
• At times operates under the supervision of a more senior test technician and/or a Department Manager
• Interacts periodically with customers
• Schedules internal calibration of equipment
• Gathers and records test data
• Constructs and maintains various test fixtures and other laboratory equipment to ensure proper working order with little supervision

• Working knowledge of laboratory safety preferred.
• A Levels in Mathematics required, preferred other STEM A Level or Technical Apprenticeships OR 5 years’ experience in a technically similar field (Aerospace, Defense, Rail, Space qualification testing).
• Possesses a demonstrated ability to apply training and knowledge within the context of Element’s business.
• Possess strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook or is open to learning.
