Element Toronto Life Sciences has current opening for a Chemist II to join our growing team in Mississauga.
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or materials sciences
2-5 Years hands-on experience with:PANalytical Empyrean powder X-ray diffraction (must have experience with HighScore, Data Collector, OmniTrail and OmniTrust), Quantachrome NOVA 2200e BET specific surface area analysis of API’s and excipients using a Novawin software, Pharmaceutical excipient viscosity testing (capillary and Brookfield), cGMP testing in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory, including experience CFR 21 Part 11 compliant software for instrument operation and electronic review and audit trail reviews
Practical experience with operational excellence including daily SQDC support and leading 5S projects in a laboratory setting.
Strong verbal and writing skills in English
