We support our clients with design and performance verification, operational troubleshooting, and technical safety assessments using a broad range of approaches — from experienced engineering judgement and hand calculations to advanced simulation, numerical modelling, and physical test. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Fluid Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team at the Cotswold Airport Hot and Cold Fuel Test Facility — a state-of-the-art, one-of-a-kind site in the UK. This facility plays a key role in the development and testing of advanced aerospace and propulsion technologies, including liquid hydrogen, hot and cold jet fuel systems, and other fluid mechanical systems under demanding test conditions. Desirable
Experience working in test environments or R&D facilities.
Knowledge of instrumentation integration (pressure transducers, flow sensors, thermocouples, etc.).
Certification or training in mechanical or fluid systems (e.g., NVQ, BTEC, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
Awareness of relevant safety standards (e.g., Pressure Equipment Directive, COSHH, etc.).
