A Job for the Summer and Autumn! Warringtonfire, part of Element are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Cleanser to join our project team. This is a full-time (37.5 hrs per week) temporary role over a 3-month period (working August / September / October). You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data used in our systems, helping to support decision-making and project outcomes.This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business.

• Review and clean datasets to ensure they are accurate, complete, and properly formatted
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries
• Work with spreadsheets and data management software (e.g. Excel & internal tools)
• Assist the project team with preparing data for analysis, reports, or migration
• Follow data quality guidelines and ensure compliance with data protection policies
• Communicate clearly with team members to clarify data issues
• Maintain detailed records of changes and cleansing processes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of data formats (e.g. Excel)
• Ability to follow instructions and processes carefully
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
• Team player with good communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Free to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for August, September and October, initially at our Birchwood location then Hybrid once trained
