Element has an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team working as part of the Product Certification team in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to develop your Customer Service career within a Global TIC business.
Ensuring that the schemes are operated in accordance with the scheme rules and in compliance with our UKAS accreditation
To raise customer contracts for internal, subcontracted and test work
To carry out invoicing and handle the administration activities associated with managing customer’s payment of invoices
Registering new customers and entering their details on the Certification Database
Raising invoices to customers
Setting up audit visits on the Certification Database and allocating the audits to competent auditors
Processing completed audit visit reports
Progressing and processing no conformance reports
Progressing audit tests
Scanning documents and saving them onto the network
Processing customer consumables orders
Setting up meetings and managing diaries
Booking travel arrangements
Providing administrative support to the home workers for this section
Printing and collating document packs for training courses and seminars
Setting up meeting rooms including handling catering arrangements
Processing weekly timesheets and expenses from home workers and invoices from external sub-contractors and suppliers
Processing purchase orders and goods received notifications
Processing centralised inbound emails
