Overview

Warringtonfire, part of Element are seeking a Laboratory Coordinator to support the Lead Laboratory Coordinator in performance of day-to-day administrative tasks at our new facility at Birchwood Park. This is a great opportunity to join a leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company Making Tomorrow Safer Than Tomorrow....

 

Responsibilities

  • Raising and goods receipting of purchase orders
  • Delivery reconciliation
  • Supply partner liaison 
  • Update and maintain Order Fulfilment Dashboard
  • Laboratory data transfer 
  • Process workwear / PPE Requests 
  • Update and maintain Training records and matrix
  • Arrange and coordinate Team training
  • Work with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies
  • Any adhoc general administrative duties as and when required 

Skills / Qualifications

  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint and Teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment  
  • Working Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30
