  • Overview

    Element Materials technology has a requirement for an Administrator to join our NDT facility in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global business on a 12 month fixed term contract, brushing shoulders with some of the most well-respected technical experts in the world.

    Responsibilities

    • Undertaking control, documentation and expediting of Engineering reports
    • Client liaison and point of contact for testing updates
    • Supporting project / sales orders documentation and project file maintenance
    • Generating and maintaining Certificates via electronic system (LIMS)
    • Ensuring all department specific company procedures are up to date and maintained in accordance with company quality system
    • Contract review of sales orders and booking in of materials
    • Maintaining legacy office records to the applicable company standards
    • Supporting the creation and maintenance of procedures and technical reports
    • Other administrations tasks as required, including financial reporting where needed

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Educated to a good general standard including English and Maths
    • Significant experience of the general office environment
    • experience gained within a technical environment is preferred.
    • Although not essential, a formal administrative or relevant technical qualification is advantageous for this position
