Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an engineer with strong project management skills to join our growing team.

 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Programme Manager to lead and coordinate multiple high-impact technical projects.

 

This role sits within our Product Qualification Testing Department, specifically providing all types of non-standard testing - including structural testing, product qualification, and environmental testing - for a wide variety of industries such as aerospace and aeronautics, among others.

 

As a Programme Manager, you will play a key role in both technical delivery and business success, ensuring the efficient execution of engineering projects within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Preparation and monitoring of the overall planning of current projects.
  • Establishment and follow-up of milestones and meetings with both internal technical staff and the client, to ensure project completion within time and budget.
  • Monitoring of project deliveries, costs and deviations, including resource allocation tracking and action plans.
  • Reporting of FTR, OTD and performance KPIs.
  • Preparation of medium- and long-term monthly revenue forecasts, flagging potential issues.
  • Management of invoicing.
  • Provides input and support on business development opportunities with new or existing customers.
  • Monitor orderbank is order to indicates priorities to the sales department based on current lab occupancy.
  • Ensures that safety and quality standards are being met and maintained at all times within the company's safety and QA programs.

Skills / Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters, or Ph.D in an engineering degree with at least 3-5 years in project/program management
  • Ability to speak effectively in English.
  • Possesses the ability to work primarily alone and make independent decisions during the course of the work day.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Must possess the ability to communicate (written and oral) effectively with clients and colleagues with great attention to detail and timing of results.
  • Ability to multitask and work under strict time lines.
  • Ability to set priorities correctly and adjust them if necessary
