Element has an opportunity for a Senior Administrator (Shared service centre) to join our growing team. In this role you will assist the Element business in providing a professional service across a range of category areas to our labs & businesses across Europe. As part of the shared service business, you will work closely with our finance teams to help ensure our labs procurement requirements are delivered effectively and efficiently. The administrator role reports to the Procurement operations manager.
• Ensuring All Element Procurement processes are adhered to across the business.
• Supporting the necessary governance and control required to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Respond to any site & stakeholder queries as required
• Assist with vendor escalations (including invoice resolution & supplier service issues)
• Supporting finance team on P2P process for all UK / European sites
• Reviewing and setting up new supplier requests working with the labs & vendors to ensure process compliance within our D365 & Vendor on Boarding systems.
• Responsible for Purchase Order administration tasks (monthly / weekly as required)
• Responsible for updates to vendor master files directly onto the ERPs
• Data cleansing of systems (Microsoft D365,Navision,E-Pro)
• Responding to site queries and assisting stakeholders as required across various category areas
• Supporting vendor queries (including invoice resolution & supplier service issues)
• Supporting finance team on P2P process for all UK / European sites
