  • Overview

    Element has an opportunity for a Senior Fire Consultant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Consultancy career within a Global TIC business.


    • Answer and direct incoming calls.
    • Responsibility for timesheet system (Synergist). Inputting new projects, raising invoices (Synergist + Navision), reporting.
    • Responsibility for maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) for the office.
    • Provide administrative support to the Consulting team using in-house systems:
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool;
    • Arranging hotel accommodation and transportation for consulting team (Dnata online system);
    • Responsibility for filing system on the local server (document control);
    • Setup WebEx calls.
    • Complete administration related tasks effectively, following company practice and procedures, including:
    • Contracts tracker;
    • Fee proposal tracker (liaising with consultants to ensure Client deadlines are achieved);
    • Organising Couriers;
    • Invoice evidence tracker;
    • Annual leave tracker;
    • Prepare purchase orders (Exova Pro);
    • Tracking / reporting safety health and the environment + on time delivery;
    • Setting up project folders;
    • Liaising with the Regional office on the AutoCAD calendar at the start of each month;
    • Responsibility for PPE (ordering, tracking, storing);
    • Ordering stationary.
    • Provide quality internal and external customer service.
    • Liaising with the Finance team in the Regional office for invoicing, contracts, payments, cheque collection etc.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Ideal candidate should be a Bachelor degree holder
    • Excellent command of English Language (written and verbal); additional languages an advantage.
    • Ability to co-ordinate effectively with overseas regional office in Dubai,
    • Highly motivated with a positive outlook,
    • Excellent attention to detail,
    • Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes,
    • Ability to thrive under pressure,
    • Experience working in construction / consulting an advantage,
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
