Overview

Element has an opportunity for a new Junior PPC Marketing Specialist to join our growing team on a part time (3 days per week) contract. This is a truly flexible role that would be a fantastic fit for someone with a grounding / some experience in PPC management and social advertising experience, looking to learn every day and develop their marketing career in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

 

Working in-house, you will benefit from the support, training and fantastic mentoring required to expand your experience, as well as having the opportunity to work with each of our very different business units and their individual "brands".

 

In this role you will support our Senior Global PPC Specialist in planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns with a primary focus on social media advertising, particularly LinkedIn ads, for B2B audiences. You will help manage campaigns across multiple Business Units and regions, with particular emphasis on EMEAA time zones, maintaining best-in-class paid social campaigns that drive measurable results across technical and regulated industries.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social advertising campaigns, with primary focus on LinkedIn Ads for B2B audiences across multiple Business Units and regions
  • Support campaign management across EMEAA time zones, ensuring timely campaign optimisation and stakeholder communication
  • Assist with campaign setup, maintenance, and day-to-day execution of larger PPC accounts on Google and Bing
  • Monitor campaign performance and help implement regular reporting with clear insights and recommendations
  • Support invoicing administration and budget tracking for paid media campaigns
  • Maintain and follow established processes for campaign management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders across different Business Units, clearly communicating campaign status and performance
  • Stay up-to-date on platform changes and paid social best practices, particularly for LinkedIn and B2B-focused platforms
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues proactively with attention to detail and urgency
  • Support the Senior Global PPC Specialist with ad-hoc tasks as required to support business objectives

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business / related field (or equivalent qualification)
  • Some experience managing paid social advertising, particularly LinkedIn Ads for B2B audiences
  • Hands-on PPC account management experience (Google/Bing) is highly advantageous, with demonstrable experience managing larger accounts
  • Agency experience (internship, placement, or full-time role) highly desirable
  • Experience working in B2B industries, especially technical and regulated sectors, beneficial
  • Demonstrable experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Proficiency with paid social platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager) and reporting tools
