Scope of the role: To provide administrative support to the Hitchin commercial and operational teams ensuring governance is maintained in-line with quality, safety procedures and systems.

Core responsibilities:

Safety

• Ensure all safety procedures are followed

Quality

• Ensure all procedures and processes are followed in line with quality management system

Delivery  

• Support operational teams with administrative tasks to ensure maximum efficiency
• Work closely with technical teams to generate client proposals
• Engage with clients to ensure high level of proposal through put is maintained
• Provide administrative support to commercial team
• Meet set commercial KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Attend team and leadership daily meetings
• Meet set operational KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Generate commercial and operational data for management review
• Support commercial team with proposal generation.
• Attend client meetings online and in person.
• Support commercial and operational teams with business improvements
