Overview

Warringtonfire, part of Element are looking to hire a Maintenance Coordinator for a 12 month, fixed term contract.

 

You will support the effective operation of the testing environment by developing and populating the Limble CMMS system. Working closely with the existing Maintenance Coordinator, the role will ensure that all legal obligations, audit requirements, inspection schedules, and third‑party maintenance activities are accurately captured and maintained within the system.

 

The postholder will coordinate reactive and planned maintenance tasks, delegating work to the Maintenance Engineering team while monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion. Additionally, the role will maintain clear oversight of all job statuses, providing regular updates to management and ensuring data integrity across the CMMS.

 

Responsibilities

  • A fully populated and structured Limble CMMS system capturing asset data, legal compliance tasks, PPM schedules, audit actions, and external contractor activities
  • Accurate tracking and reporting of maintenance workload, job status, backlog trends, and engineering team performance
  • Effective coordination of maintenance actions arising from audits, inspections, and reactive issues, ensuring tasks are prioritised and assigned appropriately
  • Clear documentation and governance of compliance activities, ensuring statutory and organisational requirements are met
  • Consistent communication channels between the Maintenance Engineering team, external service providers, and operational stakeholders

Skills / Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and quality within the CMMS environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear updates and concise reporting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret maintenance data, identify trends, and propose improvements
  • Collaborative approach, working effectively with engineers, auditors, external contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and continuous improvement in maintenance processeses
