Element has an opportunity for a Divisional Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Business Partner, Asia who will be primarily responsible for all of the policies, practices, and operations for the Safety, Health, and Environmental functions within Company operations. In this role, you will work with the business leaders and employees of the division to support the implementation of the company's safety, health and environmental (SHE) program. This position reports directly to the Business Unit Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Director and has a dotted line reporting to the Regional Vice President. The hub office location for this position will be co-ordinated with the needs of the company and with consideration to the proximity of the candidate to existing Element locations, although local and regional travel will be required at times to support the needs of the company.
This role will support the division across a number of company locations in Tuas, Jalan Boon Lay, Kaki Bukit, Ang Mo Kio and Johor (Malaysia). The role will encompass the SHE management responsibilities to support laboratory activities and project deliverables within workstreams in Singapore.
