Overview

Element has an opportunity for a new Administrator to join our team on a full time contract.

Working as the linchpin of our Sizewell site, this role will play a key part in managing the technical administration required to keep our site running efficiently.

 

Hours of work: M-T: 06:45am-16:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support within a small busy team
  • Document Control
  • Producing department timesheets, monitoring of timekeeping, holidays and sickness, and related reporting
  • Using systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
  • General administration duties such as answering the phone, filing and scanning
  • Completing ad hoc tasks as required
  • Input data onto in-house asbestos database system
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Updating site visio plans

Skills / Qualifications

  • Good general education including English and Maths
  • Significant experience providing administrative support in a busy office
  • Good experience of Excel spreadsheets, Word and Visio
  • Highly motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic self-starter
  • Ability to work well within a busy team as well as under own initiative
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Knowledge of TEAMS is desirable, but training will be provided
  • Previous experience of updating database systems is desirable
