    Element has an opportunity for a Business Development Associate to join our growing Civils Sales team in Dubai,UAE . This is a great opportunity to develop your professional career within a Global TIC business.


    The role will be responsible for Sales and Business Development for Laboratory Operations in the country of operation.



    • Work seamlessly with Sales Director, Lab General Managers,  Sales Executives, on all aspects of selling  / business development as required
    • Develop, maintain and evolve laboratory sales plans aligned to budget attainment
    • Drive discipline in the mandatory usage of CRM
    • Conduct / submit  weekly quotation reviews and reports
    • Ensure new and existing account development, tendering and forecast development
    • Work alongside peers in other Exova sectors and territories to develop and nurture a “Group Approach” to selling 

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Graduate in Engineering / equivalent
    • Minimum 5 year selling experience in a project based environment
    • Construction sector industry experience gained within the ME
    • Oil and Gase industry experience preferred
    • Experienced in CRM use and management
    • Account Development, New Accounts
    • Experience of using and ideally rolling out CRM systems
    • Startup experience as Quality / Construction engineer preferred
    • Commercially astute and numerically competent with willingness to support the credit control operations
    • Advanced communication and presentation skills in English
