  • Overview

    Element has an opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our team based in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.

    Responsibilities

    • To provide administration and general support for BM TRADA clients to the UK Operations team in relation to the annual audit programmes
    • To liaise with clients in support of their certification
    • To liaise with clients to ensure the accuracy of information held on them
    • To ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner
    • To liaise with auditors in support of client contracts
    • To respond to client and auditor queries as necessary

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Educated to at least GCSE level standard or equivalent
    • Self starter
    • Have excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a customer service environment
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels
    • Be confident when dealing with people from all levels
    • Be used to working to deadlines
    • Attention to detail
    • Be a self-starter with good finishing abilities
    • Good computer skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and some knowledge of customer databases
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Diplomatic, yet firm when necessary
    • Strong team player
    • Confident, punctual and well organised
