  • Overview

    Element has an opportunity for a new Administrator to join our team on maternity cover contract. Working as the linch pin of our Oldbury site, this role will play a key part in managing the technical administration required to keep our site running efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing administrative support within a small busy team
    • Raising of purchase order numbers and dealing with suppliers
    • Producing technical reports
    • Monitoring of timekeeping, holidays and sickness and related reporting
    • Using systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
    • Dealing with drivers and collection trips
    • General administration duties such as answering the phone, filing and reception cover
    • Completing ad hoc tasks as required

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Good general education including English and Maths
    • Significant experience providing administrative support in a busy office
    • Experience of Excel spreadsheets and Outlook
    • Highly motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic self-starter
    • Ability to work well within a busy team as well as under own initiative
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills 
    • Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
