    Warringtonfire, part of the Element Group has a fantastic opportunity for an Admin Coordinator to join our growing Technical team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global Testing, Inspection & Certification business.

     

    Warringtonfire exists to help make certain that the materials, products and processes that we test, inspect and certify for our customers are always safe, quality, compliant and fit for purpose.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Technical Engineers
    • Dealing with general enquiries from both internal and external customers
    • Liaise with Warrington Certification regarding customers certificates & job progression
    • Provide a central point of contact for departmental enquiries; answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls, sending and responding to emails
    • Setting-up new client accounts, creating job opportunities and uploading quotations into the systems. (CRM & Fireman)
    • Support job progression through to completion; creating new job files, updating purchase orders and quotations
    • Generating invoices & issuing of proforma invoices
    • Monitoring receipt of proforma payments
    • Resolve account queries such as disputes, credit requests & cash collection issues
    • Record and track quotations and purchase orders
    • Support process and system changes
    • Support daily activities within the department
    • Formatting reports and documentation
    • PDF Reports
    • Travel booking and support
    • Expense submissions
    • Scanning/ printing documents
    • Arranging meetings
    • Assist & develop the current Assessment Revalidation project
    • Support and drive the company’s 5s & SQDC initiatives
    • Assist with month end reporting
    • Provide other duties and administrative support to technical team as workload and projects may require

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Experience within an Administrative environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and coordinate
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines
    • Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels, both with colleagues and clients
    • Strong IT skills and proficient in MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
    • Strong team player
    • Efficient & organised
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Good practical and analytical skills
    • Experience of CRM & Fireman IT systems advantageous but not essential
