  • EUC Deployment Engineer (6 month contractor)

  • Overview

    Element has an opportunity for an experienced EUC Deployment Engineer to join our growing team in Skelmersdale.


    Supporting with a number of rollout and upgrade projects associated with our end user compute program of works, this is an existing role that will work within the following projects:

    • Windows 10 version updates (Circa 2500 devices)
    • Office 2010/2013 to Office 365 ProPlus (Circa 1000 devices)
    • Installation of pre-requisites associated with MS Defender ATP enrolment (Circa 2500 devices)
    • BitLocker rollout on existing devices
    • OneDrive for Business Rollout


    • Remote deployment of software packages related to the above upgrade/rollout projects to a global user base
    • Potential for travel to office/lab locations to carry out OS and software upgrades
    • Liaise with directly with customers to arrange suitable times to deploy OS and MS Office software upgrades
    • Analyse and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner.
    • Act as primary customer contact for deployment related inquiries and issues

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Experience of Windows 10 deployment and feature updates
    • Experience of MS Office upgrades (preferably to Office365 ProPlus)
    • Ivanti Endpoint Management experience for software delivery (preferable)
    • Software packaging experience (preferable)
    • Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues
    • Excellent customer communication skills
