Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Laboratory Reporting Coordinator to join our growing Environmental testing laboratory team in  Deeside. Working in a fast-paced environment, this customer-facing role will act as the linchpin between our clients and the Deeside laboratory.

 

Please note that although we are pausing our hiring activity due to Covid 19, we continue to conduct video and phone interviews to be prepared for a quick return to hiring in the near future.

Responsibilities

  • Compiling validated final reports, including special formats, and issuing to clients
  • Providing clients with a one-to-one support by acting as the main point of contact for queries, sampling kits, deliveries and collections
  • Keeping clients informed RE the progress of their projects throughout the lifecycle
  • Frequently updating laboratory management with any issues concerning turnarounds / other ad hoc occurrences

Skills / Qualifications

  • Good, general education with a qualification in a science / technical subject being preferred
  • Experience gained in a similar coordination role or laboratory
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative and within a small, busy team
  • Customer-focused professional
