Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Digital Transformation Analyst. In this role you will work on the development and delivery of the digitalization strategy and roadmap. 

 

Element is embarking on its digital transformation journey to transform the organisation. The main focus is on improving customer experience, improving efficiency, creating new business models and new revenue streams by applying technologies such as Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation. Digital Transformation will be accomplished through a series of prioritised initiatives on the digitalisation roadmap and these will focus on both increasing Element’s short-term performance and meeting Element’s long-term strategic objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross functional team to analyse opportunities and gaps, research and understand technologies and applicability of these technologies to Element
  • Project management of Digital Transformation pilots, proof of value and proof of concepts
  • Build the business case, make recommendations and create presentations for the senior executive team
  • Collaborate with all departments within Element and at all levels of the organisation (i.e.:  building relationships with management in order to gain approval for the initiatives)

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, data science or a related field will be appropriate
  • Project management / scrum master ability using agile techniques
  • Technical aptitude experience with desktop productivity software such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation programs (Programming skill is beneficial)
  • Analytical / critical thinking with proven ability to look for opportunity areas apply technologies to improve business performance
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate potentially complex ideas in a simple form to all types of audiences
  • Adaptability and flexible to stay current on new technologies and work on a variety of content areas
  • Awareness of enterprise management, programme / project management and organisation change management
