About Metech Instrument Organizer (MIO™)
Metech Instrument Organizer (MIO™) is an Internet service (software as a service) provided by Element Metech to our calibration customers for management of instruments and tools. This includes all customer devices and its calibration status, next calibration date, maintenance plan and calibration interval, calibration history with calibration certificates.
The basis of the back-end Metech Platform is Jeeves Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with its Microsoft SQL database. The frontend MIO™ is an ASP.NET web application. Development is done in Microsoft Visual Studio using C# and the following frameworks:
You will work with our operations and systems development team (based in Arboga), other Element teams worldwide and external suppliers and you will report to the Technical Director.
Your main task is to develop, implement, maintain, support and continuously improve Metech Instrument Organizer (MIO™) and the Metech Platform and includes:
Support and is 2nd and 3rd line support for MIO™ (1st line support is by customer service in the countries) and includes the development of support tools for import, update and export of data.
