Client Coordinator

BM Trada, part of the Element Group, has an opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our team based in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector. BM TRADA exists to help make certain that the materials, products and processes that we test, inspect and certify for our customers are always safe, quality, compliant and fit for purpose.   • To provide administration and general support for BM TRADA clients to the UK Operations team in relation to the annual audit programmes
  • To liaise with clients in support of their certification
  • To liaise with clients to ensure the accuracy of information held on them
  • To ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner
  • To liaise with auditors in support of client contracts
  • To respond to client and auditor queries as necessary

Skills / Qualifications

  • Educated to at least GCSE level standard or equivalent
  • Self starter
  • Have excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels
  • Be confident when dealing with people from all levels
  • Be used to working to deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Be a self-starter with good finishing abilities
  • Good computer skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and some knowledge of customer databases
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Diplomatic, yet firm when necessary
  • Strong team player
  • Confident, punctual and well organised
