Business Support Co-ordinator

Element has an opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator to join our team based in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.



  • Providing support and organising visits to the UK by affiliate offices
  • Office based point of contact for communication with affiliate offices, both inbound and outbound
  • Chasing of performance reports from affiliate offices
  • Processing POs, supporting the compilation of weekly forecasts and month end accounts
  • To provide administration and general support to the Operations team in relation to the annual audit programmes
  • To liaise with clients in support of their certification
  • To ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner
  • Ensure all administrative requirements are complied with, including scheduling of meetings with affiliate offices, issuing of meeting notes / minutes and general record keeping
  • Arranging internal & external meetings and booking meeting rooms
  • Other tasks as necessary to support to support the affiliate offices and the Systems Certification business
  • Undertaking any other relevant activities as assigned by the Leadership team of FBP

  • A self-starter with project management capabilities and used to working to deadlines
  • An understanding and respect for other cultures
  • Demonstrate leadership and motivational qualities and skills
  • Have attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Service orientation
  • Excellent rapport builder with good interpersonal insight and understanding of others helping to forge effective working relationships
  • Proactive approach to work with good level of self-confidence
  • Effectively manages own time and that of others
  • Persistent and highly organised: capable of meeting deadlines, seeing problems through and overcoming obstacles; does not allow frustrations to dominate
  • Good personal organisation and presentation, prioritisation to reach decisions quickly and effectively, strong customer focus and attention to detail
  • A clear understanding of the System Certification processes as well as an understanding of the wider business (preferred not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels
