Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our team based in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide an accurate and efficient service to UK Clients and Auditors in support of the annual audit programme
  • Management of existing certification clients to include creation of audit schedules (in line with accreditation requirements)
  • Ensure that the correct information is entered onto the certification database through running regular exception reports and amend/correct where necessary
  • Provide performance reports as required by the BUH/Operations Manager
  • Dealing with minor commercial enquiries from stakeholders

Skills / Qualifications

  • Experience of the Certification Industry would be desirable, however not essential
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels
  • Experience of working within a customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral
  • Strong team player
  • Self-starter with good organisation skills
  • Proactive, logical and methodical
  • Confident, punctual and well organised
  • Attention to detail
