Operations Support Coordinator

Element has an opportunity for a Operations Support Coordinator



  • Provide monthly performance reports to all affiliate offices and ensuring responses are returned by the deadline
  • Provide administration and general support to the RSPO decision making team 
  • Monitoring the status of certification decisions on Palmtrace and where necessary issuing the client certificate
  • Monitor the validity of client licences and liaise with affiliate office/and or auditor if necessary
  • Support the team with processing auditor packs and NCRs on Lotus Notes
  • Support the operations team with FSC logo approvals and contract reviews
  • Monitoring and sample checking the accuracy of the FSC database
  • Carry out website checks for suspended/withdrawn FSC clients and where necessary issuing a non-conformance to the client
  • Supporting other operational and administrative functions within the business as and when necessary

Skills / Qualifications

  • Proactive approach to work with good level of self-confidence
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organisation skills (both written and oral)
  • Confident when dealing with people at all levels
  • Prompt, accurate and reliable
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Have attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Good rapport builder with interpersonal insight and understanding of others helping to forge effective working relationships
  • Demonstrable experience in a certification environment
  • Knowledge of ISO, Chain of Custody and Supply Chain standards
  • In-depth understanding of the structure and functionality of Lotus Notes
