Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Site Support Technician whose primary responsibility is to provide important deskside and event support to the senior leadership team in our London head office. In this role you will provide deskside support across a wide spectrum, incuding laptops, desktops, conferencing and mobile devices, office infrastructure, printers and telephony.

 

Responsibilities

The responsibilities will encompass: 

  • Provide deskside support and technical support for a range of events
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, log issues in our ITSM system and document fixes
  • Install, update, and repair software on devices
  • Proactively monitor workflow and prioritise tickets, escalating where necessary

Skills / Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are solutions-focused; who are proactive and possess excellent customer service skills and in a technical capacity we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of and experience supporting Windows 10, Azure AD, Wireless Networks, O365, and mobile device management experience
  • Experience supporting Surface hubs and Crestron Teams room devices
  • Experience providing hardware support on Dell, HP, Microsoft and Apple devices
  • ITIL certification would be preferred
